Ms. Goodloe understands cash flow and profit, and the importance of good communication between business partners while managing cash flow and profit. She also knows the need for a well thought out succession plan or exit strategy so the company maintains value during those events.
Ms. Goodloe now limits her law practice to estate planning and business law. She has drafted a seemingly countless number of Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, Durable Powers of Attorney for Health Care, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act Releases, and End of Life Directives.
